So here you are!

    It may appear to you that your competition is running ahead and you feel you should be more successful because you are better. One of the biggest struggles SME’s face is maintaining the image that they can stay afloat as well as demonstrating that they are growing, and be able to support that image with actual results. Having a brand that represents this is crucial for you to cement trust with your existing customers as well as new customers, who ultimately are the ones that grow the demand for your product or service.
  3. Focus on the Customer
    Whilst you want to make a profit to live the dream you had when you started this company – the purpose of your business is not to make a profit. Sorry to shock you but no it is not! It’s to create and keep a customer. You want them to come the first time, then come again and finally bring their friends and family.  It is only through this will your company grow and your profit increase and that dream will become a reality.
  4. Focus on Service
    How you are doing is directly related to how many satisfied customers you have.  You can have a superior product or service but without quality customer service it is difficult to satisfy a customer once, never mind hope they will come back and recommend you to friends or family. You have to listen to your customers and be involved in their buying experience. This aspect of the business is about taking the extra step to make them feel special and knowing that they are valued.
  5. Focus on Referrals
    Focusing on your existing customers and the service you provide can help ensure that they return and you can hope that they recommend you to friends and family.  However, one of the easiest ways to attract new customers is to ask your current satisfied customers for referrals.
